well i saw elite phat5's non mod acc "turtles" with lots of mod+ items that he got from elite phat5 who can spawn the items and thats abuse since he is trading mod+ items to non mods

Nice double post, and she is obliged to post this; if she see's a rule broken, she is supposed to report it.
